Respond to the following quote & what does it mean to you/the story:

This quote supports my earlier blog posting of a "euphioric/robotic conspiracy". I think Tally is realizing, after being able to step away from Uglyville/NPT, that what she was brought up to envy, is really a falacy. She was yearning for a change that would transform her entirely, beyond her control. She knows that that isn't the way things are supposed to be.
How would I want to change mentally & physically if I were a pretty? Well...I would want to replace my insesant need to procrastinate, so that I could get things done in time to look back over them and make sure it is exactly what I want. I would want my feet to not be as big, because shoes just aren't as cute in a size 11. I would hope that my patience could be restored, so that I wouldn't get irritated with people that take their time with daily tasks.
