I think the Smoke is more like an abandoned environment than anything else. I think they refer to as the Smoke because smoke is elusive, can't be grasped, easily looked over as a lost cause and can fade quickly. I think it is more like an area that would not be labeled as inhabited and could be used as a decent cover for hiding people.Blog on.
