Do you think Shay has a right to be jealous of Tally? Why or why not?
You have to remember the most important aspect of Tally and Shay's relationship.
They're girls: jealous, catty, deceitful girls.
So, of course Shay is going to get jealous. Tally is new in the Smoke and all of the sudden, David is spending extra time and showing special places to Tally. He's letting her in to their little world and even Shay hasn't seen as much of that side of him. Does Shay have the right to be jealous? No, but she's human, and a girl, and it's gonna happen.
Tally received a gift from David in this chapter that is special. have you ever received something that made others jealous? Did your gift have a meaning behind it as Tally's had?
I look at my pregnancy with my son as a gift. I had a friend I knew from college that had been married longer than I had and had been trying to have children without any success. When I found out I was pregnant, my friend took it hard. She took it personal. She knew that I had no control over the reasons she couldn't conceive, but she took it out on me. She didn't speak to me for a few weeks. It wasn't until I confronted her that she told me how jealous she was. It changed our relationship forever.

Do you mean by it "changed our relationship forever" like she never talked to you ? Well, if it does then that sucks. You lost a friend just because you were pregnant!!! Wow, some friend. If I were your friend then I would have been proud of you. (Now, you probably think I'm wierd)
